Residential Building on the Öresund
Since the site offers a view across the sound, the main living area was placed on the upper floor, while the ancillary rooms and the garage are located on the ground floor of the building, which has no basement. The ground floor exterior walls are made of brick masonry with a white slurry coating. The upper floor exterior walls are constructed of 20 cm aerated concrete blocks, 5 cm of insulation (covered with roofing felt), and clad with impregnated pine boards.
