Detached House in Brickwork in Kettwig
This building was subject to particularly strict regulations from the building authorities; above all, they stipulated a minimum roof pitch. This led to the requirements of a steep roof being used in such a way as to result in a solution characteristic of this house. This is particularly evident in the living room area and in the remaining parts of the upper floor.
