The house, with 125 square metres of living space, is situated directly on the cliff edge, approximately 30 metres above sea level. Due to its very exposed location, which is heavily influenced by the wind, it is designed as a converted attic space resting on a low, recessed plinth that also houses the utility rooms and serves as a finished basement. The living areas are defined on one side by the sloping roof and on the other by the glass gable walls. Two living levels are built beneath the sloping roof; these are directly connected by an internal platform above part of the living space.
