Flat Building Complex with Window Wall Fronts in Aluminium/wood Construction
Since the buildings were to be situated in park-like grounds with mature trees in such a way as to preserve the garden area as much as possible, a flat roof was chosen. Construction details: Ground floor walls are constructed of large-format exposed bricks as a facing, upper floor brick walls are plastered and painted with emulsion paint. Lintels are made of exposed concrete. Windows and terrace railings are constructed of brick and clad with glass mosaic. Windows are of wood/aluminium construction.
