The complex comprises seven apartment blocks adjacent to an older residential area. It is situated near the main road on gently sloping terrain and is accessed via a private road. A shopping centre and a school and playground area are directly connected to the residential buildings. The buildings are primarily oriented so that the entrances face east and the balconies face west.
