Office Building with Aluminium Facade
Facades: Both facades are divided into continuous window sections and aluminium parapet bands. The aluminium profile sheets are mounted on galvanized steel frames, which are attached to the concrete parapets connected to the concrete framework. The facade has a total of 330 window units, each consisting of two superimposed casement windows. They are locked by means of a rotary latch on the upper bar of the lower sash. The sash panes can be opened 135° and can therefore be cleaned from the inside. Convector heaters in aluminium casings are located on the inside of the concrete parapet.
