Hollow block masonry; brick chimney. The roof, projecting 1.30 m to the south, provides shade for the rooms in summer and also covers the terrace and the basement's external staircase. The wall between the house and garage provides the necessary lateral screening and wind protection. The basement, which extends eastward from the ground, is set back 5 cm; a narrow canopy conceals the basement entrance. Plaster finish with Diwagolan.
