Entrance area of the Mythenquai lido in Zurich. Architect Hans Hubacher, Zurich (see also page 263) – The entrance area should open wide to the outside, but at the same time be well secured during the day and safely locked at night and during periods of closure. The entire area is to be blocked by a scissor gate, the packages of which disappear behind the ticket kiosk when opened. The pedestrian entrances lead past the ticket counters; next to them are electrically operated gates for strollers and a gate for vehicles. Exits with turnstiles.
