Industrial Multi-storey Building in Reinforced Concrete Frame Construction
Due to increased production and new manufacturing methods, the old factory had to be expanded on the existing site. The limited plot of land did not allow for the production areas to be arranged on a single level. Therefore, the small parts production had to be housed on several levels, one above the other. Large, contiguous usable areas measuring 14.60 m deep and 100.00 m long were created across four floors. To allow for flexible machine layouts, the building depth was spanned without columns.
