Residential Building System with Prefabricated Wooden Components
Construction: The prefabricated wooden elements are connected to a conventionally built basement and to the firewalls/end walls to form terraced houses. Installations, as well as wall and floor coverings, are supplied locally. The wall structures consist of a load-bearing frame with sheathing on both sides. Thermal insulation mats are integrated into the exterior wall panels. The exterior wall is 12 cm thick; its thermal resistance is equivalent to that of a 96 cm hollow block wall. The interior walls are lined with plasterboard, which can be painted or wallpapered. The exterior walls are clad in wood.
