Fürstenried Residential Area
The design was based on a colour scheme developed by the painter Karl Josef Berud and coordinated with all participating architects and the developer. The palette was limited to a few medium-toned colours, creating harmonious harmonies in the views through the streets and open spaces. A uniform, consistent visual effect, emphasizing the entire architectural structure, was achieved through the white accents on the window and balcony surrounds, as well as on numerous gable ends. Projections that could allow dirty rainwater to run off and leave streaks were avoided. All windows are painted white, and all grilles are painted black.
