Depending on individual space requirements, the apartments have various floor plans. The lighting, heating, and water supply systems can be easily modified if needed. Only the kitchens, bathrooms, and utility shafts, which are connected to the core units, are fixed. The facade consists of large windows and glass doors, as well as parapets clad in granite slabs. Special gutters collect rainwater and channel it away through integrated pipes.
