The facade was assembled using the rising partition walls as load-bearing elements; only the ceilings are cast in place. The window soffits were installed as prefabricated components (the prefabricated window frames were installed immediately after the concrete slab above the first floor was poured). Overall: a completely factory-prepared, prefabricated concrete facade with a polished white surface.
