Office Building in Goslar
The atrium-style building, constructed using prefabricated elements, features polished precast reinforced concrete columns and reinforced concrete slabs. The lintel is finished with polished formwork panels. The exterior facade consists of prefabricated pebble-coloured cladding on the closed walls; aluminium windows and white enameled steel parapets. The courtyard glass walls have wooden frames with double-glazed units. The roof is covered with zinc sheeting over a three-layer felt roofing membrane; the roof edges are finished in lightweight metal.
