On the left is an overall view of the institute with the attached lecture hall building. The lecture hall ceiling is constructed of reinforced concrete latticework in the form of a regular hexagon; parallel to the axis of symmetry (ridge), it is anchored to reinforced concrete walls on the left and right sides; round beams rest on individual columns. The latticework is exposed concrete; suspended in sections are ash veneer panels mounted on frames (which also serve as the acoustic ceiling). Fifteen ceiling spotlights are installed in each of the 96 sections.
