The building complex of the 84,000 sq m centre lies at the intersection of residential districts built in a north-south oriented valley. It consists primarily of eight two-storey retail and office buildings grouped between a courtyard-like central plaza and parking areas. Three of these buildings were constructed using prefabricated concrete frame structures, while the others were built using conventional cast-in-place concrete methods. Strong variations in the building facades were intended to prevent uniformity and create visually appealing differentiation. Specifically, one building was clad with granite slabs (Drawing A).
