Kamphofer Damm Primary and Secondary School in Bremen
To accommodate a 24-classroom primary and secondary school with all ancillary rooms on the very small plot of land, a double-track building was chosen. The two wings formed by this design, spaced 16 metres apart, are accessed via four connecting stairwells, the layout and construction of which are described in more detail below. This creates three courtyards, the central one of which is covered to form a large break hall that also serves as an assembly hall.
