The layout of the south-facing facade, opened wide by large windows, corresponds to the rooms behind it. The projections of the ground floor ceiling and the porch roof also serve as sunshades. Load-bearing structure in concrete. The 8 cm thick ceiling structure also incorporates the radiant ceiling heating. The infill masonry on the ground floor is partly clad with natural stone slabs and partly plastered.
