House in Ziegelbauweise
The clearly structured floor plan comprises the living area with an adjoining terrace and the sleeping quarters. The covered parking space leads to a small courtyard with the main entrance. The exterior walls are double-shell: brickwork on the outside, lightweight concrete blocks on the inside with an intermediate layer of rock wool insulation. The roof cornice and soffits are made of pine. The windows are painted white; the sill panels are coloured.
