The complex comprises a swimming pool, an artificial ice rink, sports facilities (with changing rooms), a restaurant, a leisure centre, an underground parking garage, and a connecting green space. The individual components are interconnected. The swimming pool, totaling 22,700 m², has a swimming pool, a non-swimming pool, two teaching pools, and a paddling pool; it is connected to changing rooms for 3,350 people. The courtyard is enclosed by the restaurant, which serves swimmers, athletes, and passersby. Its rooms are arranged in a ring around the central buffet; they can be opened up by sliding walls, transforming the restaurant into an open-air pavilion in the summer.
