Building and spatial program: For the construction of this building, a 214 sq m plot of land situated between two streets was acquired, and the existing buildings were demolished. Since the houses adjacent to this gap would have made the construction of a vault cellar extremely difficult, the vault was to be located on the ground floor. The customer area was to be accessible from both streets. The branch manager's apartment was to be located on the upper floor, arranged around an atrium courtyard.
