Architecturally, the building project "spacious villa in the Bauhaus style" may not seem particularly unusual, but the cubic design language with its clearly defined edges and flat surfaces allows no room for error in the construction. If the planning and execution are not precise, weaknesses immediately become apparent and cast doubt on the design. Thus, it is not the generous spatial composition or the 1,200 m² plot that are most impressive about this villa, but rather the meticulous attention to detail.
