Office Building in Zurich

A number of important insurance companies are located on Mythenquai in Zurich. For more than 100 years the headquarters of these companies have been dotted along the lakeshore promenade like a string of pearls. This area is constantly in a state of change. Diener & Diener recently added an new office building for the reinsurance concern Swiss Re to this ensemble, which enhances the mostly stony row of buildings with a double glass facade that appears immaterial. The way in which the external wavy facade reflects light means that it changes constantly throughout the course of the day.
