Werk 12 in Munich

Continuous balconies along every facade, exterior staircases and floor-height letters characterize the impression of Werk 12. The 5 storey cube is the newest addition to the creative quarter in Munich known as Werksviertel. The raw and provisional atmosphere is palpable on the former industrial site. A new urban quarter will be created here in the years to come, featuring spaces for living and working for a cultural scene hungry for experimentation. With the new building and its completely glazed exteriors, this vivid mix receives a typologically extraordinary flagship.
