Residential Complex StadtNatur in Munich

A highly energy efficient construction type and advantageous prices per square metre were the preconditions set by the city of Munich for the purchase of the nearly 4000 m² property in the quarter of Alt-Riem. Architect Gernot Vallentin initiated the founding of the joint building venture StadtNatur. Their concept for a cost-efficient and sustainable residential development matching the passive house plus standard was awarded the bid.
