Château Royal
At Château Royal, David Chipperfield Architects combined Gründerzeit, 1920s and contemporary elements.
The hotel restaurant is located in a part of the building from the 1910s. The interior harmoniously combines old and new. Styles from the late18th century Gründerzeit and the 1920s combine tastefully with contemporary elements. Bathroom floors feature mastic asphalt flooring; the bedrooms have wood parquet flooring. © Felix Brüggemann
