The longitudinal property along Geschwister-Spitzer-Weg had previously been occupied by a single-storey supermarket and a parking lot. Today, four timber buildings set perpendicular to the street feature apartments ranging from 32 m² that can be combined into larger units to 106 m² for families and with access to roof terraces. Altogether 85 non-subsidised units were created here.
