Garden House in Munich
- Frank Kaltenbach
The green single family residential neighbourhood in the Pasing district of Munich features a new garden house by Florian Nagler Architekten. It seems as if it had been there all along. Painstakingly detailed, the house boasts an informal and comfortable character: nest boxes mounted on larch siding with grey glazed finish, coving beneath the eaves, and individual window formats – either small and flush with the facade or equipped with deeply projecting wood reveals and integrated folding shutters as sun protection.
