Good Light, Better Acoustics and a Pleasant Temperature

Creating added value in buildings therefore primarily means building in a more functional and above all healthier way. Accordingly, the Lindner Group has built a new office building at its headquarters in Arnstorf, creating 350 new workplaces on 5000 m². In order to meet the requirements of all the employees, they were included in the planning from the very beginning, with Lindner being able to draw on the company’s own expertise in planning, construction and production. As a result, the company now has work areas that meet every need – from concentrated individual work to creative exchange within teams. The company’s lowemission and recyclable products contribute to the  climatically- and acoustically-balanced concept: The Nortec and Ligna raised floor systems were used, as were the Lindner Life 620 sound-absorbing wall system and the Lindner Life 137 wall system. Lindner lighting solutions provide pleasant lighting, while Plafotherm DS 320 canopy ceilings with rear heating and cooling technology contribute the finishing touch. Through the interplay of the ceiling, floor, partition and luminaires, Lindner now has workplaces with Add.Vantage.
