Cepezed is an architectural firm in Delft with additional divisions for project development, interior design, and construction. Since 1973, the practice has been designing user-friendly and sustainable buildings. Flexible use and circularity are high priorities in their work, and they have often developed their own innovative building products. The broad portfolio of the 90-strong team, led by founder Jan Pesman and partners Ronald Schleurholts (since 2005) and Paddy Sieuwerts (since 2015), ranges from residential, office, and commercial buildings to projects for culture, health, and recreation. Their structures almost always use prefabricated elements and drywall construction and are largely demountable, enabling them to be rebuilt in a new location, often with a different use.
