The office circuits ­offer open spaces that frame the courtyards. Dedicated staircases and meeting rooms in the building corners are part of tenant outfitting.
The standard rooms feature sufficient space to accommodate four beds. Women, men, and families are as signed to strictly sepa rated sections.
On the upper floors, sections of the floor slabs are repurposed as trestles that support a tabletop made of recycled wood.
Large visibly exposed timber surfaces in particular define the appearance of the event arena on the rooftop floor as well as the three-storeys tall entrance hall.
