Simple technological solutions characterise the design of the Tramo restaurant. The lush vegetation creates an atmosphere with natural appeal throughout all interior spaces.
The bar tables directly border the open kitchen area. From here, the restaurant guests can watch how meals are prepared from up close.
The multipurpose room serves as a meeting point and is available to the neighbourhood and interested parties. It can be separated into two distinct rooms and reallocated as the third unit of the cluster apartment on the ground floor as required.
Towards the street, the building presents three full storeys. On the garden side, a mansard roof delimits the two-storey facade.
Hollow brick elements of individual shape vent pre-tempered fresh air into the interiors. In the case of extreme climate conditions, the passive system receives support from a heat pump.
A continuous skylight allows the slender concrete beams of the original roof construction to radiate brilliantly. The backlit service furniture serves to prepare the tableware.
The restaurant Tramo promotes responsible forms of consumption. This includes regionally sourced groceries, extensive self-sufficiency, and the aesthetics of recycling.
