The office circuits ­offer open spaces that frame the courtyards. Dedicated staircases and meeting rooms in the building corners are part of tenant outfitting.
Large glazed surfaces feature timber rods set in front of them to prevent bird strike.
The two-storey atrium offers ample space for common uses on the upper floors. A staircase consisting of solid glued laminated timber leads occupants upward to the gallery.
Columns, beams, and ceiling slabs feature carpentry-style interlocking connections. Long hardwood dowels replace the otherwise typical steel connectors.
Alternating window formats define interior spaces with differing relation to the exterior.
The building features a green timber facade. In the interiors, natural materials are also on display. The load bearing structure combines cross laminated and glued laminated timber.
