In collaboration with engineering company albert.ing GmbH, Cobiax is making relevant BIM component data freely available as object catalogues in Revit and Archicad. The data is associated with specific objects in the system families and can be used for advanced applications. The open IFC format allows the data to be freely exchanged, and even to be exported to Excel. Soon, use in AVA programs will also be pos­sible. www.cobiax.com
