Shipping & Delivery Terms
Delivery times for books, single issues, games and the DETAIL Collection:
- within Germany: 2-3 working days
- Austria: approx. 1 week
- Switzerland: 1-2 weeks
- EU/UK: 2-4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 4-8 weeks
- For books from our partner publishers, delivery times may increase.
Delivery of single issues from the third business day of the month, with the exception of January and July, on the 15th of the respective month specified under "Publication date".
Delivery times for subscriptions:
The issues of a DETAIL magazine subscription are sent out approximately on the first business day of each month with the following exceptions: January and July approximately on the 15th of the respective month, February and August no distribution. Please note the delivery times in the information above.
Subscriptions to DETAIL Inspiration will be activated on the next business day after verification of your data.
Note on Deliveries to Non-EU Countries
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (non-EU countries), customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These are not charged or covered by us, but must be paid directly by the recipient to the local customs authorities. Please check the import regulations and any additional costs applicable in your country before placing your order
