Sustainable design for living

One Brighton is the first community worldwide that has been completed according to the “One Planet Living” criteria established by the charitable organizations Bio¬Regional and World Wildlife Fund. Centrally located near Brighton railway station, the development provides 172 residential units – 31 % of which are affordable homes and 11 % are so-called “eco-studios“ for intermediate housing – as well as office and community spaces.
