Determine the Refurbishment Need 

With the digital building check tool from Plan4, architects can now easily and quickly determine the renovation needs of buildings using their mobile or tablet. According to the provider, the ­average time saving is at least 50 percent. A traffic-light system indicates whether everything is in order or whether there is a need for immediate action with regard to refurbishment. The software also allows users to include ­photos and notes in the analysis. The city of Konstanz, uses the tool to inspect and evaluate more than 200 existing buildings.
