Natural Vinyl Floors
With iD Inspiration, Tarkett recently launched a new design vinyl flooring LTV range with three collections. Architects and planners thus have a spectrum of 100 matt decors at their disposal, including Naturals – precise, detailed digital prints without repeating motifs on a surface area of 12 m2. The ultra-realistic wood and stone surfaces appear deliberately irregular and imperfect. Textures range from natural oak to traditionally burnt Japanese woods and species such as elm, chestnut and walnut, to poured concrete and terrazzo. The Authentics designs offer a selection of different realistic oak decors with three-dimensional wood structures achieved by means of synchronous embossing. The Classics collection combines timeless Tarkett decors such as Vintage Zinc, Oxide and Rock. The stable, hard-wearing floors are particularly suitable for use in residential buildings and for commercial applications ranging from hotels and shops to healthcare and education. The new Tektanium PU coating, according to the manufacturer, makes LVT exceptionally resistant to stains, scratches, abrasion and wear. The collection comprises seven standard formats and different wear layer thicknesses. In addition, there are decors for click installation which, according to Tarkett, can be 100 % recycled. The new LTV floors contain up to 40.7 % recycled material. They are phthalate-free and the TVOC28 emissions are below 10 µg/m3.
