Wuttke & Ringhof Architekten
Beatrix Wuttke and Thomas Ringhof began working together as architects in 1993 after winning a competition to redevelop the former Rotaprint complex in Berlin. They had just completed their studies – Beatrix Wuttke in Aachen and Dusseldorf, Thomas Ringhof in Copenhagen and London. In 1996, they were commissioned to renovate the Weimarhalle in Weimar, though it was ultimately replaced by a new building. Wuttke & Ringhof have been based in Copenhagen since 2007, working with their small team on projects in Denmark and Germany. A primary focus is their work with listed buildings. But their new buildings also bear witness to their sensitive approach to structure and materials, such as Hotel Seeloge in Eutin.
