Balcony Glazing
Lumon L5 frameless balcony glazing is installed either on the balcony floor or on or against a parapet. The sliding panels with two or three-sided panes can be moved continuously from +90° to +180° across inside and outside corners. The sliding glass wall is also available with 12-mm-thick single-pane safety glass (ESG) and is mainly used for balconies and loggias at higher altitudes to better withstand the prevailing wind pressures. With the turning/sliding glass system, a horizontal aluminium profile is installed at the top and bottom. All ESG panes that are moveable and rotatable are mounted in the compensation profile. The glass panes for balcony and loggia glazing are 8, 10 or 12 mm thick and are produced to fit exactly.
