Barrier-free Mini Bathroom
The Cayonoplan Multispace from Kaldewei for floor-level installation meets all the accessibility requirements as per DIN 18040-2. According to the manufacturer, it is the first DIN Certco-certified enamelled shower surface that can have around 60 percent of its surface area – that is, up to 73 centimetres – included in the movement area of the bathroom. This means that even mini-bathrooms of just four square metres are able to be barrier-free in accordance with the requirements of DIN 18040-2. The shower area is 120 cm × 120 cm large and is offered in twelve different colours. The Secure surface applied as standard ensures slip resistance in accordance with evaluation group B. Optionally, the Cayonoplan Multispace is also available with impact sound insulation.
