and can help save water. The Binoptic electronic washbasin tap, for example, closes as soon as the hands leave the detection range. According to the manufacturer, water savings of up
to 90 % can be achieved. Furthermore, the flow rate is limited to 3 l instead of the usual 9 l. Every 24 hours after the last use, a programmable hygiene rinse ensures that bacteria multiply as little as possible.
