A camera concept inspired by a classic

One characteristic of icons is that they never disappear from our consciousness – and that they can always trigger that special 'must-have' reaction. Therefore, it is hoped that this idea for a digital camera will make its way from the conceptualization phase to realization. Inspired by the Vespa, a true symbol of la dolce vita, designers Rotimi Solola and Cait Miklasz have developed a compact camera that exudes retro charm and even comes in one of the original Vespa colours: mint green.  Curvy and minimalistic, the camera features a microphone and loudspeaker on the front, as well as a 3.3-inch touchscreen and an ergonomic removable lens.
