Some of us did not know that they need to have this: The new App for your iPhone by Zaha Hadid.The London-based office of Zaha Hadid launched an App made available through Apple and iTunes for the iPhone and iPad last month to the office’s portfolio of design and architecture available to users.
The App is laid out as the website of the Zaha Hadid Architects: The user can view images of some of the award winning projects and read the corresponding project descriptions.
The four selections on the main screen to choose from are “News, About Us, ZHA World, and Your ZHA”. “ZHA World” is a special feature since it takes advantage of the iPhone’s ability to use GPS and locates in Real-Time the projects completed by ZHA: It uses a Google Map to show which projects are close to the user’s current and further divides them into sector, built and location categories.
The “Your ZHA” option is meant to allow users to customize the App and to share their comments about Zaha Hadid’s buildings.
In addition in the future users of this App are to be able to make use of interactive guides that can be used while visiting projects Zaha Hadid.
