DETAIL GALA 2009 - The Evening Event of BAU 2009!

In cooperation with the Bavarian Chamber of Architects and the Federation of German Architects BDA Bayern e.V., DETAIL invites you to the “DETAIL Gala 2009”, the awards ceremony for the renowned “DETAIL Prize”, to be held on 14 January 2009 at the Munich House of Artists. International guests from architecture, commerce, construction, industry, art and culture will all actively take part in the gala. Good food, music and dance will make this THE social get-together for the architectural  scene.

	Talk Prof. Dr. Julian Nida-Rümelin, Professor of Philosophy and Political Theory
	Presentation of prizes DETAIL Prize 2009, Special Prizes and DETAIL Industry Prize
	Congratulatory speech Christian Marquart, author and architectural critic
	DETAILHonorary Prize SVERRE FEHN, Architect For the first time the DETAIL Prize is expanded to include an honorary prize. The honorary prize is awarded to Sverre Fehn for his outstanding work irrespective of category. The election was made by the jury of DETAIL Prize 2009.

• DETAIL Gala 2009 (regular) inclusive day ticket for BAU 2009 (day ticket price:  28 €), shuttle service from the trade fair site to the Munich Künstlerhaus in city centre, buffet and drinks 35 €
• DETAIL Gala 2009 (reduced) Those attending the DETAIL Symposium Energy + Sustainability on 14 January 2009 are entitled to reduced-price entry to the gala event. 25 €
