Marlene Hübel

Marlene completed her architecture studies at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, including an internship period abroad in Basel at Morger Dettli Architekten. During and after her studies, she gained experience at various architecture offices in Zurich. Since early 2022, she has been with Boltshauser Architekten, where she was primarily responsible for the planning and implementation of the facade of the  high-rise H1 Zwhatt.

Ingmar Menzer

Ingmar Menzer was born in Chemnitz in 1970 and trained as a stonemason from 1986 to 1988. From 1988 to 1991, he worked as a stonemason and restorer at various locations, including the Albertinum's collection of antiquities in Dresden. From 1991 to 1998, he studied architecture at the Technical University of Dresden, receiving his degree in 1998 under Professor Gerald Staib, and then worked at Staib Architekten and Behnisch & Partner in Stuttgart. From 2001 to 2002, he worked on his own projects in Stuttgart, and since 2002 he has been working at wulf architekten. He has been senior architect since 2009 and managing partner since 2015. From 2014 to 2017, he taught at the Stuttgart University of Applied Science.

Jeanette Kunsmann

Jeanette Kunsmann, author and architecture journalist, is editor-in-chief of Detail. Her topics are architecture and building culture, design and art, city and society. From 2013 to 2016, she was editor-in-chief of the daily BauNetz news and the weekly magazine Baunetzwoche. She then developed the cross-media magazine DEAR with Stephan Burkoff on behalf of Heinze GmbH, which she managed as deputy editor-in-chief from 2017 to 2019. Publications include ARCH+, AW Architektur & Wohnen, Baumeister, Domus, FAZ, FAS Reise, Häuser, IDEAT, Jovis, Mitte/Rand, Ruby Press, Stylepark, uncube magazine; co-founder of the publishing house Mitte/Rand; architecture diploma under Dieter Eckert at the Technical University of Berlin. She lives and works in Berlin and Munich.

Claudia Hildner

After studying architecture at the Technical University of Munich and the University of Tokyo, Claudia Hildner interned with Baumeister magazine in 2006. She later worked as a freelance editor, among others, for the Metamorphose – Bauen im Bestand. From 2009 to 2011, she was based in Tokyo, and in the following years, her books “Kleine Häuser” and “Future Living” were published by Birkhäuser Verlag. Hildner was an editor from 2019 to 2022 for the online encyclopedia “Baunetz Wissen”. In August 2022, she joined the Detail editorial team, where she focuses on product-related topics.
