Fire and smoke protection systems
Virtually no office building, no school and no hotel can do without them. Fire and smoke protection doors prevent smoke and flames from spreading in buildings in the “worst case”. Ideally, they should also impress visually - such as the Schüco Firestop aluminum fire protection platform, which we present in our “Material sample” section. It is based on open rebate profiles, inside of which all visual components remain invisible. Using the example of the medical faculty OWB in Bielefeld and the Scott headquarters in Givisiez, Switzerland, we show the possible uses of the system.
