Fully mirrored: Luxury holiday homes near Bolzano
Photo: Oskar Da Riz
Two futuristic, fully mirrored houses can be used by a family each for vacationing in the South Tyrolean mountains.
Architect: Peter Pichler Architecture
Location: Grutzenweg 75, 39100 Bolzano, Italy
The mirror houses were designed by Peter Pichler Architecture on behalf of a client living on the same grounds in a restored farmhouse dating from the sixties. To provide both holiday guests and the owner maximum privacy, the holiday homes are set in a slightly staggered arrangement.
Two houses facing east and with an own private garden, private access and parking facilities are the result. Each has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom, whereby skylights let into the latter ensure plenty of natural light and efficient ventilation.
Anyone wanting to experience and able to afford the luxury of experiencing this contrast of futurism and breath-taking scenery can book a mirror house
for a stay.
