Going underground: Art Souterrain, A festival of art in Montreal, Canada.

Running until the 17th March in Montreal, is Art Souterrain. It is the fifth year of this annual exploration of the underground spaces of the city. It is held in 14 different interconnected complexes both above and below ground, and includes three metro stations.

There are 130 works of art by over 120 artists from 17 countries working in a range of media. The theme for this year is “Labrynth” a metaphor for Montreal's underground complex. This year's guest curator is Alexandera Jaudo from Barcelona who will also be presenting her exhibition: The Narrative Condition.
