Living on faith: Faceted tower, Mexico City by Rojkind Arquitectos.

Earthquake prone Mexico City might not seem like a good place to build towers, but the Latin American tower there is said to be one of the safest places to be in the city during an earthquake!
On that note, Reforma 432, a new tower for the city designed by Rojkind Arquitectos looks likely to be popular.
The proposed tower contains pedestrian zones, luxury retail, hotel, residential accommodation and other commercial areas. The basic unit the tower is planned around is 70 square metres, which can be added to in multiples of 60 square metres to create larger accommodation.
There are distinct entrances for residential and commercial activities with most of the podium ground floor given over to commercial use, whilst office and hotel receptions are on the mezzanine levels.
Gratitude to eVolo.
